What’s the best way to care for my fresh flowers?
When your flowers arrive, remove any packaging and give the stems a fresh trim — around 2–3cm at a sharp angle — using clean scissors. Pop them into a clean vase filled with fresh, room‑temperature water, add the flower food provided, and keep them somewhere cool to help them thrive.
How long will my fresh flowers last?
With a little love, most of our hand‑tied bouquets last around 5–7 days, and sometimes even longer. Certain seasonal flowers may vary in longevity, but we always select the freshest blooms so you can enjoy them for as long as possible.
Where do you deliver your fresh flowers?
We deliver our hand‑tied blooms across Ayrshire and beyond bringing a little piece of 27 Alloway straight to your doorstep. If you’re unsure whether we can reach you, simply get in touch — we’ll always try to make it happen.
Do you offer next‑day delivery?
Yes — place your order before 3pm and we’ll have your bouquet created and delivered as soon as the very next day. Perfect for those beautiful, last‑minute surprises.
How will my order be delivered?
Each order is personally hand‑delivered by our friendly 27 Alloway team. Your flowers will be lovingly wrapped, beautifully presented, and handled with the same care as if we were delivering them to our own loved ones.
I’ve realised my order is going to the wrong address — can I change it?

Can I cancel my order?
